Seven guest rooms are located above the restaurant, including The Loft which is on the its own level at the top of the building. Each room includes a marble ensuite bathroom, television and complimentary mini bar. Barrenjoey House restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and for lunch Monday and Tuesday. Whether for a special occasion or a casual meal after a swim across the road, the menu offers modern Australian dishes with a focus on fresh seafood.
For things to do while staying at Barrenjoey House, our local guide in your guest room includes all of our favourite activities. Pittwater is located across the road from Barrenjoey House, and is perfect for walks along the shoreline or a dip after lunch. The ferry is also located across the road, and travels to Patonga daily, where you can visit The Boathouse Hotel Patonga for a classic Australian waterside dining experience.
A short walk over the hill from Barrenjoey House is The Boathouse Home store and Bakery, where you can shop many of the interiors featured at Barrenjoey House. The Bakery is open daily for coffee, cakes, sandwiches and fresh bread.
A further 5 minute walk North of The Boathouse Home is The Boathouse Palm Beach, our first cafe that opened in November 2008. Enjoy a bacon and egg roll for breakfast by the water, or spend the afternoon on the waterside deck sharing the seafood platter. The Boathouse is a must visit while you stay in Palm Beach.
