One of the biggest parts of your special day is your ceremony. To take the stress out of planning your ceremony, The Boathouse events team have offered their top tips for planning your ‘I do’s’.
Have a wet weather back up!
Organise one supplier to provide all of your ceremony styling.
Consider the time of year that you are getting married. If it is going to be hot, it is a good idea to offer refreshments for your guests straight after the ceremony. If it is going to be cold, consider an indoor location, or if outdoors, portable heaters or blankets.
Consider what your guests will do between the ceremony and reception, while you are having photos taken. A good idea is to offer drinks and snacks at your ceremony location.
