Recipe: Eugalo Bloody Mary
It’s warming up in Sydney, and we’re already thinking about summer cocktails!
The Eugalo Bloody Mary cocktail is always a favourite at The Boathouse venues, and includes the freshest ingredients from our supplier Eugalo in Camden, Sydney.
The recipe is below.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Jalapeno Infused Vodka
30ml Eugalo Mary Mix
100ml Tomato Juice
EUGALO MARY MIX INGREDIENTS
(To make 500ml)
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 long red chillis
1 fresh jalapeño
10 sprigs parsley
300ml lemon juice
200ml worcestershire sauce
50ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot english mustard
METHOD
Blend the Mary Mix ingredients, and then pass through fine strainer.
Pour in the vodka and Mary Mix into a tall glass, add ice and top with tomato juice and stir.
Garnish with a stalk of celery, half a jalapeño, a long red chilli, a cucumber ribbon and an olive on a skewer.
