We recently caught up with the talented Chris Prestige from behind the lens at At Dusk Photography.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris at many Boathouse weddings over the years, and every time we receive a new album of our couples there is always an outpour of “oohs” and “ahhs” in the office!

His creative eye seeks out special moments to capture your day as it unfolds, including all the candid moments that become cherished memories to last a lifetime.

Here we chat with Chris, so you can get to know him a little better.

What is your favourite season?

My favourite season would have to be Autumn, the weather and the sea is warmest, the light is golden filled beautiful + the wedding season is still in full swing.

How would you describe your style?

My style of photography would be dreamy + romantic, timeless + elegant for all the seaside lovers.

Favourite locations for wedding photos?

Growing up and living on the coast, a lot of my favourite locations would include the seaside / the ocean / lovely greenery which forever inspires me.

Advice for the bride & groom?

Advice for the bride + groom would be to enjoy and be present in every single moment - from the leading up to and during the day of the wedding - really be present and embrace the beautiful memories that you are creating together + I will capture it all perfectly for you.

No surprise for most that follow my Instagram, is that I shoot everything you could wish for - not only weddings but also everything else in between.
