is collectively in the business of the operation of cafés and restaurants, the retail of homewares, the hosting of events, and associated goods and/or services (Services). A reference to the Boathouse Group is a reference to each entity within the Boathouse Group from time to time (including but not limited to the above listed entities) jointly and severally.
This Policy governs how the Boathouse Group will deal with your personal information collected in connection with the Services.
This Policy also applies to Personal Information collected by the Boathouse Group in connection with its website, social media accounts, applications, software, WIFI networks and other technological means (Online Platforms), as well as in connection with any direct communication between you and the Boathouse Group.
By continuing to use the Online Platforms and the Services, you consent to the Boathouse Group using your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
